This is an abused young kitty, he is not two years old yet. Because is very friendly, they tied his tail with gout and there is the result!
A lot of suffering fort a nothing!

This baby needs help for his operation and boarding at clinic. He will be neutered too. I do not think such a friendly kitty can stay outside anymore, he will be a victim again. The vet tried to find out how much from tail is affected, hoped will save at least a part of it. Unfortunately all tail is affected deep...
