 Welcome to Oana's Group here is one lady in Romania trying to do her best to help the stray cats and dogs near to where she lives twice a day she visits them with food and water and to check on they're well being. she takes them to the vets when they need treatment and tries to Spay or Neuter as many of them she can.....if you can help her to do this all donations kindly excepted to paypal demethia@gmail.com.
